Longridge is an organic and biodynamic wine estate on the Helderberg slopes off the R44 near Stellenbosch, where Jasper Raats has made the wines since 2011. Its Wine Lounge looks out over False Bay and Table Mountain, and the estate has Rykaart's restaurant and the seven-bedroom Manor@Longridge.
