About the estate

Lammershoek is a historic 180 ha farm in the Aprilskloof on the Paardeberg near Malmesbury, owned by the Johannes family since 2022. Its wines are now made under the Zwartwater label, first released in 2025, and the Lammershoek wine brand has been discontinued.
