Kyburg Boutique Wines is a small red-wine farm in the Devon Valley, 8 km from Stellenbosch, owned by Fred and Rosmarie Ruest and named after a castle near Winterthur in Switzerland. It makes four red wines and is a member of the Biodiversity & Wine Initiative.

Stellenbosch: Premier wine region known for Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends.
