About the estate

Fairview is a wine and cheese farm on Suid-Agter Paarl Road outside Paarl, open daily from 09:00 to 17:00. Visitors can taste wine and pair it with cheese in the tasting room, and eat at the Goatshed restaurant and bakery and deli. The farm makes its own cheeses alongside its wines.

Seated, tutored tastings in the Beryl Back Master Tasting Room. The Master Wine and Cheese Tasting is R175 per person (8 premium wines with 8 cheeses, fresh bread and olive oil), and the Heritage and Innovation tasting is R250 per person (8 premium wines including two vintage wines, with 6 cheeses, 2 cured meats, bread and olive oil). Taste a daily selection of 6 Fairview wines paired with 6 Fairview cow and goat's milk cheeses in the tasting room pods, guided by a host.
