About the estate

Eagles' Nest is a boutique winery in the Constantia Valley with some of the steepest vineyards in South Africa, planted between 100m and 400m above sea level. After a fire in 2000 the farm switched to winemaking, and it is best known for Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc, plus Merlot and Viognier. Cool breezes off False Bay, about 10km away, give the wines their finesse.

Constantia: Oldest wine region in South Africa, famous for sweet wines.
