About the estate

Diemersfontein is a family wine and country estate on Jan van Riebeeck Drive just outside Wellington, owned by the Sonnenberg family since 1942. It is known for its award-winning Pinotage and makes the Diemersfontein, Carpe Diem and Thokozani wine ranges. The tasting room is open every day from 10am to 4:30pm, and the estate also offers accommodation, a restaurant and a wedding venue.
