De Toren Private Cellar is a hilltop wine estate on Polkadraai Road in Stellenbosch, known for its Bordeaux-style red blends, including the flagship De Toren Fusion V, first made in 1999. It was South Africa's first gravity-fed cellar. The estate is open on weekdays from 9am to 4pm for tastings, tours and wine sales.
